A global connector and trailblazer in luxury and celebrity marketing, Rae Alexandra Scheer built her career on the power of synergistic partnerships. From her early days at CAA to leading talent and brand collaborations at Mulberry, Net-A-Porter, and beyond, Rae became known for forging authentic, lasting connections between high-caliber brands and meaningful talent — always prioritizing heart over hype.

Inspired by her best friend and father, Rob, who was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, Rae began to question the transactional nature of her industry. She envisioned a more compassionate model — one that fused creativity with kindness and put philanthropy at the center of every moment.

Her idea struck gold. She pioneered a program that bartered charity donations in place of traditional PR fees — creating a win-win-win for celebrities, brands, and nonprofits alike. The success was undeniable. It was the eureka moment that led Rae to leave the agency world and launch Scheer Heart, a foundation and platform rooted in impact, community, and purposeful collaboration.
